HARDCOVER DEADLINE: 11/17/20
PAPERBACK DEADLINE: 11/19/20
If you place your order later than that, we strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air service.
ALERT: The peak holiday months may experience turnaround times that could exceed 15 business days. As with each holiday season, backlogs from late Christmas orders (procrastinators) will force long turn-around times well into January.
PER THE PRINTER’S WEBSITE:
1. Upcoming special events? Order those books now.
2. Higher volume orders can take longer. Order those books now.
3. Different book types have different turnaround times. Order now.
4. Printing, shipping, and processing are all impacted during the holidays. Order your books NOW!
Book orders are processed in the order they are submitted. The printer is SWAMPED. The entire industry is. Remember, that is a VERY POSITIVE THING!
Another option, if you can’t meet the deadlines above, order your books from Amazon. Yes, bookstore orders get priority over publishers’ orders at Ingram (the distributor). They want their bookstore clients to be very happy! However, if Amazon does not have your book in stock, there will be a delay there as well. Remember that we can’t force Amazon nor any retailer to physically stock books.

RUSH / EXPEDITED PRINTING SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
In years past, you could pay extra for rush or expedited printing. Those options disappeared when supply chain disruptions occurred industry-wide due to Covid-19. We don’t know when those options will be reinstated by the printer but it definitely won’t be this year.
